CANCELLATIONS

I only accept cancellations within 6 hours of purchase.

Why?

  • As soon as someone orders, I start:

    • Pulling and prepping thrifted stock

    • Curating their bundle

    • Packing it sustainably

  • For my CyberCherry Style Bundles, I spend time hand-selecting clothing based on a your form and aesthetic.
    That’s personalised work that starts right after payment — so cancellations would waste time, effort, and rescued stock.

  • I am not a fast-fashion warehouse I run a small, ethical brand where every order is handled individually.


    Processing cancellations or refunds creates unnecessary waste (time, packaging, postage) that goes against my sustainability mission.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Acceptable return reasons stated below. Please note proof will need to be provided. All items are pictured/ videoed before being sent out.

  • Item size is incorrect and does not match what you ordered. This means if the size labels do not match your requested size. Please note if you put the incorrect size please tell me and I will go off what you have said.

  • Items are broken beyond repair. I do source items from second hand places this means there may be signs of wear. Small stains, frays and slight scuff markings are to be expected.

    I will only refund if said item is not wearable and completely damaged.

    Although this will only apply to that single item not the whole order.

  • If the order does not match the style requested. While this is up to personal preference and ideas I will accept returns if you receive a bundle filled with obviously incorrect clothing.

    For example if you asked for coquette and received a bundle of gothic items.

    You must be able to prove that what you received does not match the style.

I will not permit refunds, exchanges or returns on the following points and anything else not included in the above exceptions.

  • This includes

    • The buyer got there sizing wrong. Please be careful when picking what size you are if measurements are provided I will factor that in.

    • You receive a colour you do not like or do not receive a colour you like, but did not communicate preference.

    • The buyer did not clearly read the description on how many items they will receive.

    • The buyer did not read the disclaimer clearly stating what you see may not be what you get and images displayed are only examples.

    • You received a certain article of clothing such as a skirt and you do not wear skirts. This needs to be stated in the order.

    • You received earrings and you do not wear them. This needs to be stated.

    • You don’t use / want a certain accessory. This needs to be stated.

    • You do not like the cut, material, fit. This needs to be stated. For example if you are vegetarian, vegan, have a religious belief to do with animals please request non animal material products (such as requesting no leather). Or if you have a phobia/ sensory issue with a fabric or embellishment please do mention this.

    • All items provided will not have any profanity or unkind language on them. Although if you want to purchase a gothic bundle and do not like anything depicting satanism please state this.

    • If you are buying for a young person please do let me know as I will take this into consideration

IMPORTANT: You will only receive the refund once I have received the product back in the same condition. You must pay for the return shipping as you will also be refunded shipping costs when I receive the items.
